| On next screen Enter gross sales in WA | ||
| In deductions, Enter returns and discounts as Advancements / Reimbursements, Returns & Allowances | ||
| Make sure taxable amount matches Total income in QBO & POS system | ||
| On next screen Enter gross sales (including any consignment & shipping) and returns as deductions | ||
| Ignore sales and use credits | ||
| On next screen add gross sales to each county on sales tax Report | ||
| If sales tax report shows other WA cities or counties not on the list, add those and the gross sales in taxable amount | ||
| Verify totals on next screen & enter your information as the Submitter | ||
